Here
are all 14 (or so) Templates in one downloadable
Self-Executing Zip package.

The individual templates and their
descriptions are found below.
I am not intending to give legal advice by making these materials
available. Legal advice would require an intimate knowledge of a
person's individual circumstances, and a tailoring of that legal
knowledge to those circumstances. These materials are being offered
for free, and although I hope they will be useful to
you, they are not to be relied
upon. If you want specific legal advice, you should
consult, and pay, a lawyer.
These templates are all beta
versions. Use at your own risk. They are not to be relied
upon.

Do not try to open a
self-executing zipped file within your Excel without
unzipping if first.
To unzip a zipped template, simply click on it and pay
attention to the location where the unzipped document is to
go. The unzipped document can be directly opened within

Here is a little
GRAT template to add to the
collection. It is not very sophisticated, but it will give
you some idea about how to plan for the income tax
consequences. As you know, if all of the ordinary income is
not carried out, the grantor will still be stuck with the
tax bill, which can be good, unless the IRS ruling position
is expanded to require reimbursement out of what would have
been the remainder. Under the subtraction method of 2702,
this is not a good result. But if all of the ordinary income
is being carried out anyway, and most of the growth is in
unrealized capital gains, the IRS position is not hurtful.
This program helps analyze the likelihood that all the
income might not be paid out.

your screen in Excel, try it out,and if you like it, simply
save it anywhere you want under what ever name suits you.
The price is right; it's free!
If you do not have Excel '97 or later, but can open an
Excel 5 version, click

Here are a series of spreadsheets
that can help compute the Minimum Required Distribution
Rules. See the Explanatory Memo,
I will periodically be posting more Excel Estate Planning
Templates for downloading. A very few of the spreadsheet
templates use functions that will required the purchase of
ZCalc
(which I highly recommend anyway) at a cost of around $100.
If you are an Excel user and an estate planner, ZCalc
is well worth the money.
