Up ESOPs Treatise MRD Regs

Below you will find the final minimum required distribution (MRD) regulations, copiously annotated by me.  In order to make the 100 plus pages of regulations more manageable, I did two things. First, I took the tables out and placed them in a separate document. Secondly, I reformatted the regulations and created in the process a hyperlinked table of contents, and document map, which I hope you will find to be a very efficient way to navigate. In the HTML and MS Word versions, simply clicking on a table of contents entry takes you right where you want to go.

Do you have Excel? Would you like a (free) Excel Spreadsheet that makes MRD calculations and projections under the new Regs, and which is both easy to use and sophisticated in results? If so, click the download button. However, as with everything else on this web site, since it is free, you cannot rely that is accurate.

Are you interested in more than simply the new MRD regs? To see the HTML article of my treatise on estate planning for distributions, go to Treatise
